Mark Kruger

Mark Kruger is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in labor and employment law. Since June 2014, Mark has served as Vice President of Human Resources and Employment Law and Labor and Employment Law Counsel at Ardent Mills, where responsibilities include partnering with leadership teams to implement labor and employment law strategies across the United States, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Prior to this role, Mark worked at Cargill, Incorporated, from June 1997 to June 2014 as a Senior Attorney, advising on global employment and labor relations issues. Mark began his career at Gray Plant Mooty from June 1992 to June 1997 as a Labor and Employment/Litigation Associate Lawyer. Mark holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College.
