Kevin Holt

Kevin Holt is a Director at The Ardent Companies. Kevin is a member of the business development team focused on the firm’s acquisition strategies. His investment efforts span across commercial property types and debt. Before joining Ardent in September 2020, Kevin co-founded H&H Hospitality which owns and operates fourteen food & beverage locations throughout Atlanta’s Hartsfield-Jackson, Dallas DFW, and Northern-Virginia’s Dulles International airports. Prior to moving to Atlanta in 2007, Kevin was at Goldman Sachs in New York City on the securities lending desk of Global Security Services division. Kevin currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Westside Future Fund and received a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Hampton University.
