Julie Carter

Julia (Julie) Carter serves as Vice President of Client Services at Ardent since April 2015, where responsibilities include leading a team managing public sector projects focused on cloud and geospatial technology and policy development, as well as overseeing portfolio P&L and daily operations. Notable roles include Senior Manager & AWS Alliance Lead and Project Manager for FEMA, where project management and delivery of AWS hosting and technical training projects were key responsibilities. With extensive experience in the DHS Science & Technology Directorate and a background in GIS, Julia has developed successful strategies and has a strong history of fostering client relationships. Previous roles include Partner Trainer at Amazon Web Services, Account Manager at Esri, and Associate at Booz Allen Hamilton. Julia holds an M.S. in Geographic and Cartographic Sciences from George Mason University and a BA in Geography from the University of Delaware.
