Marlena Barrington-Crow currently serves as People & Culture Director at both ARDEX UK and Building Adhesives Ltd, a position held since February 2020. Additionally, Marlena is an Insights Discovery™ Licensed Practitioner with Insights since May 2017. Previously, Marlena worked at Altran as Senior HR Business Partner and HR Business Partner from August 2014 to December 2019. Marlena is advancing education with a postgraduate degree in the Psychology of Kindness and Wellbeing at Work from the University of Sussex, expected completion in October 2024. Furthermore, Marlena is pursuing certifications as a Rapid Transformational Coaching® RTC® Coach and a Rapid Transformational Therapy® (RTT®) Practitioner, with their respective programs scheduled for completion in 2024 and 2025.
