Antje Romero Flores

Antje Romero Flores has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Antje began their career at GEFA BANK in 2005 as a Dual-system Student, and later worked as a Financial Accountant from October 2008 to October 2011. In November 2011, they joined Ardian as a Financial Controller and held the position until December 2012. From January 2013 to December 2018, they served as a Senior Finance Officer at Ardian, and then progressed to the role of Finance Manager from January 2019 to June 2021. Antje then took on the role of Senior Finance Manager from June 2021 to December 2022, where they were responsible for a team of five direct reports and 12 Customized Solutions clients. Currently, they hold the position of Finance Director at Ardian, starting in January 2023. Throughout their career, Antje has demonstrated proficiency in financial management, team supervision, and the handling of investment vehicles across different jurisdictions.

Antje Romero Flores has a Master of Arts degree in General Management, which was obtained from IU International University of Applied Sciences from 2013 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Banking from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) between 2005 and 2008.
