Jean-Baptiste Declercq has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jean-Baptiste started their career in 2009 with a two-month internship at Bartec UK, where they gained experience in international prospecting and improved their English skills. Jean-Baptiste then completed another internship at CEVA Logistics, where they learned about international logistics operations. In 2010, Jean-Baptiste undertook a two-month internship at Lancel, a renowned luxury bag and luggage designer, which provided him with insights into the luxury industry and sales techniques.

In 2011, Jean-Baptiste took on the role of a French trainer at Hugo Fayupeixen, where they trained professionals applying for visas to France and Quebec. Jean-Baptiste also gained experience in oral and written French language teaching and oral English lessons. Later that year, they worked at IRCAM in corporate finance, conducting financial analysis, sector analysis, and financing business plans. Jean-Baptiste also managed funding requests and successfully obtained a grant from CNL.

From 2012 to 2013, Jean-Baptiste worked at VIRGIN STORES as a management controller, where they monitored and analyzed stock management, reported on purchasing techniques, stocks, and margins, and consolidated stock monitoring across different Virgin stores.

In 2013, Jean-Baptiste joined the French Army (Armée de Terre) as a Lieutenant, undergoing training in teamwork, section management, and discipline. This experience provided him with valuable management and self-development skills.
