Kaitlyn Hebrink has a diverse and extensive work experience. Kaitlyn is currently working as a Sr. Investment Manager (VP) at Ardian, a position they started in July 2022. Prior to Ardian, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on finance at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 2021 to 2022. In 2020, Kaitlyn founded Project Code, where they worked until 2021. Before that, they served as a Senior Associate at Peak Rock Capital from 2017 to 2019. Kaitlyn also worked as an Associate at Norwest Equity Partners from June 2015 to October 2017. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an M&A Investment Banking Analyst at Greene Holcomb Fisher (now BMO Capital Markets). Additionally, Kaitlyn started their career as a Financial and Research Analyst Summer Intern at Federal Farm Credit Banks Funding Corporation in 2011.
Kaitlyn Hebrink completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree with a concentration in Finance at The Wharton School from 2009 to 2013. Kaitlyn also pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in International Relations with a concentration in International Political Economy from the University of Pennsylvania during the same period. In 2012, Kaitlyn briefly studied International Business and International Relations at KU Leuven. Currently, they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, with an expected completion date in 2022.
