Laura Hestroffer

Laura Hestroffer has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Saleswoman in high-quality ready-to-wear at DUNCAN WOMAN. In 2015, they joined the Amadeus IT Group as a Payroll Specialist, and later became a Talent Acquisition Specialist from 2016 to 2018. In 2019, Laura worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at LaFourchette. From 2020 to 2021, they served as a Recruitment and HR Development Manager at Genius. Currently, since September 2021, Laura is working at Ardian, first as an HR Development Associate and currently as an HRIS Project Associate.

Laura Hestroffer obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from ESCCOM, which they pursued from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Specialist at ESCCOM from 2015 to 2016. In addition to their formal education, Laura also obtained a certification in Learning LinkedIn Recruiter from LinkedIn, which they acquired in October 2020.
