Máximo Villarino

Máximo Villarino has a diverse work experience. Máximo is currently working as an Infrastructure Analyst at Ardian since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at LarrainVial from October 2019 to May 2022, initially as an Investment Banking Analyst and then as an Investment Banking Senior Analyst. In these roles, they were responsible for financial modeling, preparing presentations, coordinating due diligence processes, and negotiating and closing M&A, ECM, and DCM transactions. Máximo has also received the Spirit of LarrainVial 2021 award for their commitment and values. Máximo Villarino also gained experience as a Teaching Assistant at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile from July 2015 to July 2021, teaching courses in Investment Banking, Finance, and Introduction to Economics. Additionally, they worked as an Alternative Assets Intern at AFP Cuprum from October 2018 to March 2019, providing support in implementing the alternative assets investment plan and conducting performance analysis and due diligence of alternative assets funds.

Máximo Villarino completed their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering with a focus on Transport and Logistics from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Máximo studied at this institution from 2013 to 2018.

Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Finance at the same university, from 2017 to 2019.
