Nacho Lucaya Castán

Nacho Lucaya Castán has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their current position as a Non Executive Board Member at Aire Networks, which began in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Ardian, where they held the roles of Investment Manager from January 2022 and Analyst - Ardian Buyout from September 2020. Before joining Ardian, Nacho worked at Morgan Stanley as an Investment Banking Associate from August 2019 to September 2020 and as an Investment Banking Analyst from July 2017 to August 2019. Nacho also gained experience at Morgan Stanley as a Summer Analyst in 2016. Additionally, Nacho completed internships at Lazard in 2014 and Natixis in 2013 as a Summer Intern.

Nacho Lucaya Castán began their education at Colegio Retamar, where they completed their National Baccalaureate and International Baccalaureate from the year 2000 to 2012. In 2012, they attended Philips Academy Andover for a Summer Session, focusing on Economics as their major and International Relations as their minor. From 2012 to 2016, Nacho pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at Universidad Pontificia Comillas, specializing in Finance. Following that, they attended Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, where they obtained a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) between 2013 and 2014. In 2014 to 2015, Nacho studied Finance, General, at the Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University. Finally, they completed their education as a Law student at Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. from 2015 to 2017.
