Sandrine Amsili

Sandrine Amsili has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate debt and investment industry. Sandrine is currently working as a Real Estate Debt Managing Director at Ardian since October 2021. Prior to this, they were employed at SCOR Investment Partners SE, where they held various roles. From November 2018 to October 2021, Sandrine served as the Head of Real Estate Debt at SCOR Investment Partners SE. Before that, they worked as a Portfolio Manager in the Real Estate Debt Fund from November 2013 to October 2018.

Sandrine's career began at Eurohypo AG in 2005, where they initially served as a Credit Manager from August 2005 to December 2006, managing existing loans and underwriting new transactions. Later, they transitioned to the role of Associate Origination from January 2007 until November 2013, where they focused on loan structuring, commercial relationships, negotiations of legal documentation, and amendments or restructuring of existing facilities for international clients.

Prior to Eurohypo AG, Sandrine worked at CBRE Investors, starting as an Analyst Acquisition from April 2002 to March 2004. Sandrine then progressed to become an Asset Manager from March 2004 to July 2005, playing a key role in the asset management of three real estate portfolios and participating in the structuring and raising of funds for a new investment fund.
