Anna Kościółek

Anna Kościółek's work experience begins in 2016 when they worked as a Recruitment Partner at Global Force Resource Ltd. In this role, they led international recruitment projects for specialist and technical positions in various industries.

In 2017, Anna joined Teva Pharmaceuticals as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner for the Benelux & Nordics region. Anna played a key role in increasing access to high-quality healthcare by developing, producing, and marketing affordable generic drugs and specialty pharmaceuticals.

In 2019, they moved on to Thermo Fisher Scientific, where they served as a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner for the United Kingdom. Anna contributed to the company's mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer through scientific advancements.

Anna's most recent position is at Ardigen, where they joined in 2020 as a People & Culture Business Partner. Anna later became the Head of People and Culture, leading the team in harnessing advanced Artificial Intelligence methods for precision medicine. Ardigen focuses on accelerating therapy development by designing immunity, decoding microbiome, analyzing biomedical images, and providing digital drug discovery services.

Throughout their career, Anna has demonstrated expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, and people and culture management.

Anna Kościółek obtained their Master's degree in Human Resource Management from Jagiellonian University, where they studied from 2015 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained the certification of ICAgile Certified Professional - Agility in HR from ICAgile in March 2023.
