Business Development Assistant at Ardigen

Małgorzata Oleszycka has a diverse work experience. Małgorzata currently works as a Business Development Assistant at Ardigen since September 2022. Prior to that, they were a Business Development Specialist at Creativ-Ceutical from September 2021 to August 2022. Małgorzata also worked as a Medical Sales Representative at MAC's MEDICAL Polska from May 2021 to September 2021. Before that, they held various roles at IBSS BIOMED S.A., including Research & Development Junior Specialist from February 2020 to May 2021, Research & Development Assistant from February 2019 to February 2020, and Intern from October 2018 to January 2019. Additionally, they served as a Volunteer in Helper's Generation at Fundacja DKMS in February 2017 and worked as an Apprentice at Diagnostyka in August 2015.

Małgorzata Oleszycka's education history is as follows:

From 2016 to 2018, they attended Jagiellonian University, where they obtained a Magister degree (Mgr) in Biology, with a focus on general studies.

Prior to that, they studied at Uniwersytet Rolniczy im. Hugona Kołłątaja w Krakowie from 2013 to 2016, earning a Licencjat degree (Lic.) in Biology, also with a general focus.

In 2019, they enrolled in Krakowska Szkoła Biznesu UEK | Cracow School of Business CUE, where they are currently pursuing a field of study in European MBA (Master of Business Administration) managerial studies.

In addition to their academic achievements, Małgorzata Oleszycka has obtained several certifications. In March 2019, they completed a course on Implementation and Auditing of GMP, GHP, and HACCP from Zadernowski Quality Management & Food Safety. Małgorzata also received training in the Implementation and Auditing of ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 from the same institution.

Furthermore, in June 2020, they acquired the certification for Manufacturing and Release of Investigational Medicinal Products based on Annex 13 GMP from PharmAk. Additionally, in September 2020, they completed the ICH Good Clinical Practice E6 (R2) course offered by the Global Health Training Centre.
