Raoul Joachim

Raoul Joachim has been in the industry since 2004. Raoul began their career as a Process Head - Regional Operations at Azure Knowledge Corporation. After two years, they moved to IMS People as a Project Expeditor. In 2008, they took on the role of Account Manager at Abbacus Technologies. From 2009 to 2017, they worked at Investis as a Digital Project Manager and Quality Analyst (Sub Editor). In 2017, they joined Commerce Pundit as a Sr. Project Manager, where they managed a portfolio of e-commerce websites and worked with clients and client's 3rd party digital agencies. Currently, they are a Program Manager at Ardira.

Raoul Joachim completed a Higher Secondary Certificate at St. Xavier's High School Loyola Hall in Ahmedabad, Gujarat from 1997 to 1998. Raoul then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) at Bundelkhand University from 2001 to 2004. In 2007 to 2008, they earned a Diploma in Confectionery and Bakery Management from Sophia College, Mumbai. In 2013, they obtained a PRINCE2® Practitioner certification from APMG-International.
