Matt Vladika, MBA, SHRM-CP has a strong background in human resources and management. Matt Vladika, MBA, SHRM - CP received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. Matt then pursued further education at the DePaul Driehaus College of Business, earning a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources and Change Management from 2012 to 2013. In addition, they obtained the SHRM Certified Professional certification from SHRM in August 2015.
