Eric Kloster

Eric Kloster is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer success, project management, and team leadership. Currently serving as Key Account Director at Ardoq since November 2015, Eric has held several key roles including Global Director of Customer Success and Interim VP of Customer Success and Services. Prior to joining Ardoq, Eric worked at Active 24 - a Visma company, where contributions included leading a significant internal project to upgrade back-office systems and successfully merging two call centers to enhance customer service efficiency. Eric's career began at Mamut ASA, where leadership of an international customer service department was emphasized, along with a focus on team synergy and process improvement. Eric holds an Executive MBA from BI Norwegian Business School and a BA (Hons) in Communication from Bournemouth University.
