Svein Gunnar Hjorteset

Svein Gunnar Hjorteset currently serves as the Head of Onboarding at Ardoq, a position held since December 2018, where responsibilities include creating a scalable onboarding program to facilitate customer value realization. Prior experience includes roles as a Customer Success Manager at Arrow ECS Norway AS and as a Solution Specialist at DNB IT / Markets, where tasks involved the purchase, design, implementation, migration, and operations of advanced IT solutions. Earlier, Svein worked as a Senior Fagkonsulent at DNB Markets, managing IT Internal Operations and the Continuity Plan. Additionally, Svein gained experience as an Implementation Specialist at EMC, focusing on EMC SAN and NAS solutions and related technologies. Svein holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Cybernetics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU), completed in 2003.
