Steph Snyman

Steph Snyman has a range of work experience in the field of talent acquisition and recruitment. Steph currently holds the position of Chief Talent Officer at iKhokha, a fintech company focused on giving South African entrepreneurs opportunities in the digital economy. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Talent at iKhokha and as the Assistant Manager: Talent Acquisition at RCL FOODS, an African food producer. Steph also previously held the role of Talent Acquisition Officer at RCL FOODS and worked as an HR Consultant: Recruitment & Selection at Capitec Bank. Steph began their career as a Recruitment Consultant/KAM at MPC Recruitment Group, where they specialized in recruiting sales representatives and managers within the FMCG industry. Steph also worked as an HR Administrator/HR Intern at MPC Recruitment Group, where they assisted with recruitment and administrative functions.

Steph Snyman completed a Bachelor of Social Science degree with a focus on Human Resource Management and Psychology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal between 2008 and 2010. In 2011, they earned an APSO Accredited certification in Recruitment from the Association of Personnel Services Organisation. Additionally, Steph obtained a certification in Talent Sourcing Training from The Talent Hunter in June 2021.
