Deanna Kutz

Deanna Kutz is an experienced Acute Care Licensed Practical Nurse currently employed at Ardor Health Solutions since January 2022 and also works at Adventhealth East Campus ER since May 2021. Previously, Deanna held the position of LPN II ER at Sarasota Memorial Health Care System from April 2018 to May 2021 and served as an Agency Nurse with Medical Staffing Network from October 2010 to May 2021, where responsibilities included patient assessments, medication administration, and various nursing tasks. Additional experience includes travel assignments and roles at both Tampa General Hospital Emergency Room and Holy Cross Hospital. Deanna Kutz obtained an Advanced Practical Nurse Diploma from Delta College, completing coursework in Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse Training from 2003 to 2004.
