Tara has been working in the IT industry since 2021. Tara began their career as a Bench Sales Recruiter at 3B Staffing LLC. In 2022, they moved to TRETA IT INC, where they continued to work as a Bench Sales Recruiter. In 2023, they joined Ardor IT Solutions in the same role.

Tara attended Newtons Institute of Science & Technology from 2018 to 2022, where they earned a B.Tech degree in Computer Science.
