Roza Pedanyan

Roza Pedanyan is the Head of Retail Business Development Division at Ardshinbank CJSC, a position held since June 2012. Roza's responsibilities include the development of new banking products, optimization of existing offerings, and the management of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO standards. Prior to this role, Roza served as a Methodologist at the Armenian Motor Insurers' Bureau. Academically, Roza holds a Master's degree in International Economic Relations and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the Armenian State University of Economics.
