Billy Fulghum

Billy Fulghum has extensive work experience as a civil engineer and in various leadership roles. Billy worked as a Civil Engineer at Bechtel from 1990 to 1995, followed by a role as a Civil Engineer at Barge, Waggoner, Sumner, & Cannon, Inc. from 1995 to 1997. Billy then served as Vice President - Civil Engineer at Cannon & Cannon, Inc. from 1997 to 2002. From 2002 to 2021, they worked as a Principal at Fulghum, MacIndoe, & Associates, Inc. Currently, they hold the positions of Practice Director - Civil Engineer and Project Management Office Director at Ardurra, starting in 2021 and 2023 respectively.

Billy Fulghum has a strong educational background in Civil Engineering. Billy obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Tennessee Technological University, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Billy furthered their education by pursuing a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville, from 1988 to 1992. Later, they decided to broaden their skills and knowledge by enrolling in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, where they completed their Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration from 2002 to 2003.
