Carmen Kasner has over 30 years of experience in engineering and project management. Carmen currently serves as the Southwest Operations Director at Ardurra, where they are responsible for delivering projects and growing the company's presence in California, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico. Prior to joining Ardurra, Carmen worked at NV5 as the Regional Managing Director, overseeing various public works projects and specializing in water and wastewater systems. Carmen also held managerial positions at Atkins and PBS&J, where they were involved in practice management and senior group management. Carmen is an active member of the American Society of Civil Engineers, where they served in various leadership roles, including Younger Member Forum President and Section President. Carmen started their career as an engineer at John Powell & Associates and Boyle Engineering.
Carmen Kasner received their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from South Dakota State University, where they attended from 1985 to 1990. In July 1993, they obtained the certification of Professional Civil Engineer (PE) from the California Board of Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors, Geologists, and Geophysicists.
