Chris Ritter, PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as the Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the Northwest Region of Ardurra Group, Inc., a position held since April 2022. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at Burst Biologics until its closure in April 2022, and at EETech Media from November 2020 to October 2021. Chris also held the position of Director of Client Relations and Investment Adviser Representative at Premier Alliance Retirement Solutions from February 2017 to November 2020, and served as Human Resources Manager at Bodybuilding.com and Doolittle Law, Chartered, from 2016 to 2017 and 2009 to 2016, respectively. Early experience includes serving as a Personnel Specialist in the US Navy from August 2004 to August 2008. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Boise State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the same institution, along with additional educational credentials from Oregon State University, North Idaho College, and a high school diploma from Meridian High School.
