Jose A. Rodriguez Pe

Jose A. Rodriguez, PE, PMP, is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the water and wastewater sectors. Currently serving as Group Leader and Program Manager at Ardurra since January 2022, Rodriguez leads a Miami Engineering Team focused on projects in South Florida and the Caribbean. Prior roles include Commercial Operations Manager for CDM Smith Inc., where Rodriguez supported project implementations across Latin America and the Caribbean, and Operations Manager/VP at CDM Caribbean Engineers P.S.C. Rodriguez’s background also includes significant contributions as a Project Manager for a major terminal extension project at Miami International Airport, Director of Engineering at Coastal Systems International, and General Manager at Telemóvil El Salvador, the first cellular operator in El Salvador. Rodriguez began a career in international development as a Project Officer with the United States Agency for International Development, managing a $200 million capital improvement project following a significant earthquake. Rodriguez holds a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering from Tulane University.
