Vanessa Taveras

Vanessa Taveras, SHRM-SCP, is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in talent and HR operations. Currently serving as the Director of Talent & HR Operations at Ardurra, Taveras has held significant leadership roles including Head of Human Capital and CHRO at Ferrovial Construction, and Head of Human Resources at Austin Commercial. Prior to these positions, Taveras was Head of Talent Acquisition at Austin Industries and worked as an HR Advisory & Consultant at Avenarius Consulting. Taveras holds a Master’s degree in Political Science/International Relations from The Graduate Center, City University of New York, and a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies & Business from Long Island University.
