Dot Claytor, MAOM, PMP

Dot Claytor, MAOM, PMP has over 20 years of professional experience in the healthcare and IT industries. Dot began their career in 2000 as a Healthcare Claims/Call Center Trainer for Anthem. In 2003, they joined CompManagement as a Workers Compensation IT Trainer, where they performed GAP analysis and curriculum development, as well as demonstrating software packages to potential local government agencies. In 2007, Dot became a Medicare Project Manager/Trainer for Your Career Breakthrough. Dot then joined ARDX in 2008 as General Manager and as part of the ARDX Leadership Team.

Dot Claytor, MAOM, PMP holds a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Columbia Southern University, which they are expected to complete in 2024. Dot also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Virginia University of Lynchburg, and a Master of Arts Organizational Management in Organizational Leadership from the same institution. In addition, Dot Claytor holds certifications from the CITI Program, A Division of BRANY, including Essentials of Statistical Analysis (EOSA): Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3, which they obtained in December 2020 and January 2021.
