Director, Strategic Planning at AREA 23

Katie Stack, MPH, has a diverse range of work experience in strategic planning and communications. Katie is currently the Director of Strategic Planning at Area 23. Prior to this, they worked as a Strategy Director at McCann Global Health and as an Associate Director of Strategy and Senior Strategist at McCann Health New York. Katie also has experience as a Strategic Planning Analyst at Havas Life Metro. Additionally, they have worked at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health as a Communications Assistant and Teaching Assistant. Katie co-founded and served as the President of Women 4 Women at Columbia University, an intersectional health equity group. Katie also gained experience as an English Language Assistant at IES Vaguada de La Palma and as a Marketing and Communications Intern at Friends of Kids with Cancer.

Katie Stack, MPH (she/her) graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Sociology from DePauw University in 2016. Katie then went on to pursue their Master of Public Health (MPH) with a specialization in Health Communication at Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health, completing it in 2019. Before their undergraduate studies, Katie attended Webster Groves High School from 2009 to 2012, but their degree or field of study during this time is not specified.
