Jacqui MacCarthy has over 25 years of professional experience in product management and operations. Jacqui began their career in 1990 as a Product Manager at Craft Computers. In 1993, they moved to Thomson Reuters, where they held the same role. In 2007, they became Owner & VP Operations at NetProspex Inc. Jacqui currently serves as Owner & Chief Operating Officer of Area4 Labs Inc., where they oversee Hearby.com, an AI-driven live music tracker.

Jacqui MacCarthy received a BA in Business from the College for Distributive Trades, London between 1980 and 1982.
