Nick Prince

Nick Prince is an experienced finance professional in the real estate sector, currently serving as an Index Committee Member at AREF since January 2023 and as a Senior Fund Analyst at Schroders since January 2016. Prior to these roles, Nick held the position of Head of Fund Analysis - Real Estate at Aviva Investors, leading a team of analysts in the UK and Continental Europe from July 2011 to October 2015. Earlier experience includes serving as UK Director of Analysis at Grosvenor, Associate Director at Savills, Portfolio Analyst at Trillium, and Graduate Surveyor at Weatherall Green & Smith. Nick holds a Bachelor's Degree in Land Management from the University of Reading, completed between 1995 and 1998.
