Stephanie Henwood-Darts

Stephanie Henwood-Darts, CPA, currently serves as COO and Managing Partner at Phoenix Fund Services, a position held since September 2024. As a Committee Member for Corporate Governance at AREF (The Association of Real Estate Funds) since January 2018, Stephanie contributes to governance best practices. Prior roles include Head of Commercial Development at JTC Group from May 2019 to September 2024, Director at SANNE from April 2017 to May 2019, and Manager at Saltgate Limited from September 2013 to March 2017, among others. Stephanie's career began at EY as an Executive from August 2008 to June 2012. Educational qualifications include a Chartered Accountant degree from ICAS and an ACIS from The Chartered Governance Institute UK & Ireland, along with a BSc in Sports and Exercise Sciences from the University of Exeter.
