Anette Mullis

Anette Mullis has extensive work experience in Human Resources, spanning over several multinational companies.

Anette began their career at IKEA, where they held various Human Resources roles for almost 17 years, working in different countries such as the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

Following their time at IKEA, Anette joined Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, now Pfizer, as an Associate Director. There, they provided support to the North American Sales & Marketing organization in Employee Relations and managed global assignments for directors and above, handling expatriate services and management in regions across the globe.

Later, Anette worked at CSL Behring as a Director, HR Business Partner for Commercial Operations in Europe. Anette was responsible for driving the strategic agenda, aligning people processes and programs with the company's HR and business strategies across 17 countries in Europe.

After CSL Behring, Anette joined Ericsson as the Head of HR for the Digital Service Solution Area OSS. In this role, they aligned the People Strategy and HR Solutions for global markets across all continents and contributed insights for talent and leadership development while ensuring HR initiatives were aligned with overall business objectives.

Most recently, Anette worked at Mycronic as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where they set the global HR strategy and agenda for a Large Cap Company. Anette collaborated closely with the Business and HR teams, represented HR in the Remuneration Committee, and shaped the company's HR policies and practices.

Currently, Anette is serving as the Vice President and Head of HR & Sustainability at Arelion Group. Here, they oversee the global People & Culture Strategy and Sustainability initiatives, managing a workforce that spans 20 countries worldwide. In this fast-paced start-up environment, their primary focus has been establishing the global HR infrastructure. Overall, Anette has demonstrated their ability to lead HR functions in diverse organizations and drive organizational growth and success.

Anette Mullis obtained a BSc in Social Work with a focus on the development of organizations and individuals from Lund University. Anette also has additional certifications in ADKAR from Prosci, Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR®) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, Leadership Architect 101, Interview Architect and Voices 360 Tool from Lominger (KornFerry), Civil Treatment from ELI, Inc, HAY Methodology from Korn Ferry, and International Position Evaluation (IPE) from Mercer.
