Isabelle Couturier Philippe

Isabelle Couturier Philippe has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. ISABELLE currently holds the position of Head of Network Development and Project Management Office - Strategy Team at Arelion, a role they have held since 2022. Prior to this, Isabelle worked at Telia Carrier from 2009 to 2022. At Telia Carrier, they held various roles including Head of Network Development and Project Management Office, Network Development Manager, and Market Manager for Western Europe, Nordics & Baltics. In these positions, they were responsible for assessing and qualifying development projects, driving business cases for network upgrades and optimization, and providing market intelligence and strategic recommendations. Isabelle also worked at Arqiva as an Account Manager in 2009 and at BT Global Services as a Senior Bid Manager from 2003 to 2009. ISABELLE started their career at ShareMedia Services, KDDI America, and Teleglobe/Bell Canada in various account manager and bid manager roles.

Isabelle Couturier Philippe completed their education with a BA in International Affairs from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce International (ESCI) from 1991 to 1994. ISABELLE also obtained a Bachelor's degree from Canisius University for a 6-month period as part of their studies at ESCI in 1993. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from Lycée Choiseul Tours from 1989 to 1991. Additionally, Isabelle obtained several professional certifications, including Professional Scrum Product Owner™ I (PSPO I) and Professional Scrum Master™ I (PSM I), as well as various training programs related to Agile methods and project management. ISABELLE also holds an ITIL 2011 Foundation certification and a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in August 2016.
