Tanuja Rameaux

Tanuja Rameaux has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Tanuja started their career as a Customer Service Representative at British American Insurance in 2000. Tanuja then worked as an IT Assistant at Mauritius Telecom in 2003, followed by a role as a Quality Auditor/Trainer at Serco from 2004 to 2005.

In 2005, Tanuja joined Cisco, where they initially served as a Project Manager, responsible for setting up the company's service support operations and managing a team. Later, they became an Operations Manager, overseeing the day-to-day activities of the Business Operations Centre for Europe and Emerging markets.

Tanuja then moved on to SEACOM LTD in 2010, where they held the position of Service Manager. In this role, they acted as the ambassador for the company, ensuring qualitative service delivery, enhancing client relationships, and contributing to business growth.

In 2013, Tanuja joined T-Systems as a Service Delivery Manager, where they were the primary contact point for customers and managed project deliveries. Tanuja also drove problem management and collaborated extensively with operations across different regions and pillars.

Currently, they are working at Arelion, where they started as a Delivery Manager in 2014 and later became the Head of Service Delivery in November 2020.

Tanuja Rameaux earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from the Management College of Southern Africa from 2009 to 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with Multimedia from the University of Mauritius from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their degrees, they hold certifications such as Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I), Unconscious Bias, ITIL Foundation Certificate, and Prince 2 Registered Practitioner.
