Established in 1994, Arellano Associates (AA) is a specialized technology, communications and public outreach firm focusing on public infrastructure, transportation and community planning programs throughout Southern California.  Arellano Associates is certified as a Small Business-owned (SBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE).

We have placed a specific emphasis upon transportation, local planning, project management and technical support programs.
