Edgar Gutierrez is an experienced professional in urban planning and community relations, currently serving as Project Director and Senior Project Manager at Arellano Associates since August 2013. Previously, Edgar held the position of Community Relations & Coastal Commission Analyst at Lee Andrews Group from August 2008 to August 2013, following a role as Community Development Intern for the City of San Luis Obispo. Edgar holds a Master’s Degree in City and Regional Planning from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo and dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Sociology and Spanish Language and Literature from UC Santa Barbara.
