Fabian Defonseca

Fabian Defonseca has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Fabian started their career as a Student Trainee at the Université Libre de Bruxelles in 2009. Fabian then worked as a Software Engineer at Actemium from 2010 to 2012. Following this, they joined GlaxoSmithKline Vaccines and held roles as a Datamanagement Engineer and later as an Information System Application Leader from 2012 to 2014.

In 2014, Fabian became a Freelancer, working as a MOM and CSV Project Engineer. Fabian then joined Actemium Belgique in 2016, where they served as a Manufacturing operations management systems Project Manager until 2020.

From 2020 onwards, Fabian joined the AREMIS Group as a Senior Technical Project Manager, before transitioning to the role of Product Owner. Since 2023, they have been appointed as the Head of Business Pole, overseeing a portfolio of Belgian clients, and responsible for recruitment, team management, collaboration meetings, skills development, performance monitoring, client cooperation, and market development.

Fabian Defonseca obtained a Master's degree in industrial engineering with a specialization in informatics from ECAM Brussels Engineering School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in first aid and rescue from the Croix-Rouge de Belgique, including a European first aid certificate.
