Matteo Mori

Matteo Mori has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent role being the Head of HR at arena since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Manager at the same company from May 2022 to April 2023 and as an HR Generalist from July 2019 to April 2022. Before joining arena, Matteo worked as an HR Consultant at MTI Consulting - Partner in Governance & Corporate Finance from January 2017 to July 2019, where they were responsible for various tasks related to recruiting in sectors such as automotive, fashion luxury, small appliances, electronics, oil & gas, and insurance brokerage. Matteo began their career as an HR Trainee at Sida Group Srl from February 2014 to February 2015.

Matteo Mori earned a Laurea Magistrale in Social Psychology, Work, and Communication from Università degli Studi di Padova from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they obtained a Laurea di primo livello in Psychological Sciences of Work from Università degli Studi di Urbino Carlo Bo from 2007 to 2011. In addition, they also obtained a certification in HR Expert Talent Acquisition in 2022 from HRC International Group.
