Patty Brandmaier

Patty Brandmaier has an extensive work experience spanning over thirty years. Patty began their career in 1982 at the Central Intelligence Agency, where they served in a succession of senior executive leadership assignments, managing the CIA's relationships with the Department of Defense and the U.S. Congress. In 2014, they founded Momentum&, LLC. In 2015, they began working at McChrystal Group as a CrossLeader Senior Advisor and at Suntiva, LLC as a Senior Executive Consultant, Leadership and Team Coach, PCC. In 2018, they joined Arena Labs as a Leadership + Performance consultant. Finally, in 2020, they became a Performance Advisor at The Liminal Collective and Principal of Human Capital Services at Pondera International LLC.

Patty Brandmaier obtained their Bachelor's Degree in History from Penn State University between 1978 and 1982. Patty then went on to Georgetown University and earned their Master's Degree in Government between 1982 and 1984. In addition, they have obtained several certifications, including a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coach Federation in 2018, a Profit from the Positive Certified Practitioner from Profit from the Positive, LLC in 2020, and a Herrmann Digital Certified Practitioner from Herrmann in 2020. Patty also has Executive Certificates from George Mason University, Federal Executive Institute, Georgetown University, Duke University, and Corentus, Inc.
