Adie BROWN is a seasoned professional in health and safety, currently serving as the Group Head of Health and Safety at Arena Racing Company since July 2019, with expertise in event safety, emergency planning, and public safety within the realms of horse racing, greyhound racing, and live music events. Additionally, BROWN operates as a self-employed Group Safety and Security Manager, providing contract safety services for various events, and co-owns LHD PARTNERS LTD, an Ofsted Registered Children’s Nursery. Previous experience includes serving as a Health and Safety Consultant for Lincoln City FC, consulting on operational manuals and compliance, and a long career with South Yorkshire Police, culminating as a Chief Inspector. Early career highlights include a role as a police officer with the Metropolitan Police and as an electrician with British Rail Engineering Limited.
