Dean Godfrey

Dean Godfrey currently serves as the Group Head of Health and Safety at Halfords since August 2023. Prior to this role, Dean held various positions at Wienerberger AG, including Global Head of Health & Safety from March 2018 to July 2023, and played significant roles at Wienerberger UK as Head of Health, Safety and Lean Manufacturing and Head of Health, Safety and Environment from November 2013 to March 2018. Earlier experience includes serving as a Health and Safety Specialist at Lafarge Tarmac from March 2010 to October 2013 and as Plant Manager at LafargeHolcim from September 2004 to March 2010. Dean Godfrey holds a degree from the University of Leeds.
