Prior roles include Senior Event Sales Executive at Lingfield Park Resort, Sales Office Manager at East Sussex National Limited, and Cluster Special Events Sales Executive at Millennium Hotels and Resorts, where Sophie was instrumental in overseeing diverse private and corporate events, particularly at the unique Millennium Suite.
