Susie McPherson

Susie McPherson is the Chief Corporate Affairs & People Officer at Arena REIT since July 2025, bringing extensive experience in corporate affairs and investor relations. Prior roles include serving at AustralianSuper from April 2018 to July 2025, where Susie held several positions, including Principal of the Global Non-Executive Director Program and Head of Corporate Affairs & Investment Relations. Prior to AustralianSuper, Susie was the Head of Investor Relations and Marketing at Arena REIT from January 2016 to April 2018, and also worked at GPT Group as a Senior Marketing Manager from February 2014 to June 2015. Additional experience includes roles at SMIC Marketing and Communications, Challenger Financial Services Group, and Colonial First State Global Asset Management. Susie holds a Bachelor of Economics (Honors) from the University of Sydney and a Master of Commerce in Marketing and Finance from UNSW.
