Ioana Ghinescu

Ioana Ghinescu has extensive work experience in the finance and supply chain sectors. Ioana is currently the Director of Corporate Finance at ARENSIA Exploratory Medicine GmbH since May 2020. Prior to that, they worked at L'Oréal as the Supply Chain Masterdata Global Application Manager from March 2018 to May 2020. From 2011 to 2018, they held various managerial roles at Procter & Gamble, including EIMEA Product Supply F&A Scaled Operations Group Manager and Plant Finance Manager Hair Care. Before joining Procter & Gamble, they worked at P&G Balkans where they served as the Supply Chain - Finance Manager, Financial Planning Manager, and Senior Financial Analyst. Ioana also has experience working as a Financial Analyst at P&G, specifically in SAP implementation & Corporate Restructuring, and for Detergent brands.

Ioana Ghinescu completed their education with an MBA degree in Finance & Strategy from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business, attending from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they obtained a BSc degree in Business Administration in Foreign Languages from Academia de Studii Economice din București, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Before pursuing their higher education, they attended Colegiul National Gheorghe Lazar from 1991 to 1995, although no specific degree or field of study is mentioned for this period.
