Sorin Kupas

Sorin Kupas has over 20 years of work experience in the IT industry. Sorin is currently serving as the Corporate IT Director at ARENSIA Exploratory Medicine GmbH since February 2023. Prior to this, Sorin worked as the Global Applications Integration and Optimization Lead at BorgWarner Inc. from October 2020 to March 2023. Sorin also held the position of Global Solution Delivery Manager for Powertrain and Aftermarket at Delphi Technologies from June 2018 to October 2020. Before that, Sorin worked at Procter & Gamble in various roles such as IT Solution Manager, IT Innovation Leader, Global Project Manager, Regional Program Manager, and Project Manager from 2009 to 2018. Sorin also gained experience at Continental as a Level 3 Support Team Leader from 2007 to 2009. Additionally, Sorin worked at Siemens VDO Automotive as an Email Services Administrator, SAP Enterprise Portal Platform Administrator, and Microsoft Windows SharePoint Platform Administrator from 2004 to 2009. Sorin started their career as an IT Consultant at LASTING System from 2001 to 2004 and later became an IT Manager from 2001 to 2003.

Sorin Kupas received their Bachelor's degree in Automatics and Computer Science from Universitatea Politehnica din Timișoara in 2002. Sorin then pursued a Master's degree in the same field at the same university from 2002 to 2003. In addition to their formal education, Sorin has obtained several certifications throughout their career. These include "Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management" and "Body Language for Leaders" from LinkedIn in 2020, "C Programming for Embedded Applications" from LinkedIn in 2020, "Agile Project Management: Comparing Agile Tools," "Scrum: Advanced," and "Scrum: The Basics" from LinkedIn in 2018, and "PMP Certified" from PMI in 2012.
