Karen Spears

Karen Spears has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Karen started their career in 2000 at MRI Technologies, where they worked as a Program Manager and Project Technical Specialist until 2007. Karen then joined DKI Consulting as a Business Analyst and CM Lead from 2007 to 2008. After that, Karen worked at Ares as an Information Manager and Business Analyst from 2008 to 2010. Karen then moved to MRI Technologies again and served as a Project Technical Specialist III from 2010 to 2013. In 2013, Karen joined S&K Aerospace, LLC as a Project Administrative Specialist II, where they provided project support and coordination until August 2013. Karen also worked at ARES Corporation from 2013, starting as an ISS IT Customer Service and Application Support Analyst until September 2021. Currently, Karen is employed at ARES Corporation as a Quality Assurance Test Lead, a position they have held since January 2021.

Karen Spears has attended San Jacinto College but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. Prior to that, they also attended South Houston High School without completing a degree or specifying a field of study.
