Ananya Garg

Ananya Garg is an incoming Analyst at Ares Management Corporation, having previously served as a Wealth Management Solutions Summer Analyst. At DataRes at UCLA, Ananya works as a Data Consultant, contributing to the development of a sellability index for real estate descriptions using web scraping and NLP modeling, alongside a role as a Data Blogger, analyzing public datasets and publishing data-informed articles. Ananya has also held a position as a Data Journalist at the Daily Bruin, where significant data collection and sentiment analysis were conducted. Earlier experience includes a role as a Global Supply Management Analyst at Levi Strauss & Co., and an internship at Quilt.AI focused on leveraging big data and AI. Ananya is pursuing a dual Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts in Statistics and Economics at UCLA, with a concentration in Value Investing, following completion of the International Baccalaureate at UWC South East Asia.
