Stephanie Yoshida

Stephanie Yoshida is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Principal and Associate General Counsel at Ares Management Corporation since June 2021, focusing on fund formation for private equity, credit, real estate, and infrastructure secondaries funds. Prior to this role, Yoshida worked as Counsel at Landmark Partners, an Ares company, from October 2016 until the company's acquisition by Ares in June 2021, where responsibilities included managing private equity, real estate, and infrastructure secondaries funds. Earlier in the career, Yoshida gained experience as an Associate at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from September 2011 to October 2016, specializing in private equity fund formation. Additional experience includes internships at Mitsubishi Corporation International (Europe) Plc, the US Securities and Exchange Commission, and an externship with Judge Carlos T.
