Lawale Ladapo

Lawale Ladapo currently serves as Principal and Associate General Counsel at Sixth Street since July 2021. Prior experience includes positions at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP as both Associate and Trainee Solicitor, as well as a role as Legal Counsel (Secondee) at TPG. Earlier in the career, Lawale worked as a Research Associate at the Committee on Capital Markets Regulation and as an Associate at Banwo & Ighodalo. Academic qualifications include an LLM in International Finance, Law from Harvard Law School, an LLM in Corporate Law from the University of Cambridge, and an LLB in Law from the University of Lagos.
