Jeff Latier

Jeff Latier is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and investment strategies. Currently serving as Managing Director and Portfolio Manager at Ares Management Corporation since March 2021, Jeff also holds a similar position at Black Creek Group, where tenure began in March 2011. Jeff has previously held various roles, including Senior Vice President and Vice President of Finance at Black Creek Group, and worked as a Financial Analyst at Prologis. Early career experiences include financial analysis internships with Centennial Realty Advisors and the University of Colorado Real Estate Foundation. Jeff obtained an MBA in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Colorado Boulder and a BS in Business Administration from the University of Arizona.
